Processing Times

All orders are prepared and shipped from our location in Miami, FL.

• Same-day delivery: Available for orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (local time).

• Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the following day.

• Pre-orders: You may schedule your order for a specific date during checkout.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver in Miami and surrounding areas. If your zip code is outside our delivery range, we will notify you promptly by email to offer alternatives.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.. While we do our best to deliver at your preferred time, we cannot guarantee specific time slots.
For special events (like birthdays or proposals), please email us at info@asterfloral.net with your order number and request.

Delivery Fee

Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the order:

• We will attempt to contact you or the recipient.

• If no contact is made, the order will be returned to our location and a re-delivery fee will apply.
